Q: Before working at Schillings, what line of work were you in?
A: I worked at FedEx and helped sort packages on the line, load the trucks off a manifest for most efficient way of unloading on the route, and helped deliver the packages as a package helper.

A: Warehouse, Packager/backup Ecommerce Dispatcher, Delivery/Load checker, Inventory Control Specialist, Purchasing Administrator, Retail Sales Manager, Purchasing Assistant Manager.

Q: What are three words that describe Schillings?
A: Family, Motivating, Innovative

Q: What knowledge have you gained from working at Schillings?
A: I’ve gained tremendous amounts of knowledge from working at Schillings. At first, I was timid about applying to a job that I knew nothing about or anything they offered. I soon realized that I would be working with a strong team of employees who have years of experience, dealing with our experienced and determined contractors and the vendors that supply and help train on their products. I’ve gained skills/knowledge that I can apply to my day-to-day work and skills I can use in my home and personal life.

Q: What makes it fun to work at Schillings?
A: What makes it fun to work at Schillings are the employees. I get to speak/interact with employees from all 3 locations daily. I enjoy the challenges and love the feeling that I could help solve a problem someone has.

Q: What is your proudest moment at Schillings?
A: My proudest moment was when the CEO asked me if I wanted to take on more responsibility and become a manager for his company. He challenged me to take on more and also grow and strengthen a department. At that moment, I felt I could sink my roots and help grow the company.

A: I worked in Landscaping.

Q: What positions have you held within Schillings?
A: I started off in the Warehouse/Driver Helper role. When I got some experience in the trucks, I thought to myself, I could really do this one day. I worked my way up into a Loader position and started building loads and gaining more knowledge; now, I'm a Driver with Schillings.

Q: What are three words that describe Schillings?
A: Dependable, team-oriented, and loyal.

Q: What knowledge have you gained from working at Schillings?
A: The whole construction industry. I had never worked in construction previously, so everything was new. I learned the product, how to build loads, and how to take out/dump products.

Q: What makes it fun to work at Schillings?
A: The people here are great. Everyone helps everyone, and it's a very positive atmosphere. I also love my position and being a driver.

Q: What is your proudest moment at Schillings?
A: My proudest moment would be getting my Class A permit and working my way up into a Driver role.
