Pressure balance trims provide water at nearly constant temperature to a shower or bathtub, despite pressure fluctuations in either the hot or cold supply lines. A diaphragm or piston inside reacts to relative changes in either hot or cold water pressure to maintain balanced pressure. This trim also comes with a diverter, allowing you to have multiple accessories in your shower. Simply turn the lever to switch between accessories at any given moment.
